If you’re as much of a filthy otaku as me, then I’m sure you’ve heard of Yoshiyuki Sadamoto. Sadamoto was one of the founding members of Gainax, the studio behind Evangelion, Nadia and, Gurren Lagann. On top of working as a character designer and animator, Sadamoto is also an accomplished manga-ka, with such titles as Route 20 and you guessed it--the Evangelion manga. Sadamoto has also worked on two one-shot compilations with writer, Takaha Mako. Those two one shots are System of Romance and Dirty Work. LOLI vs. is entertainment from a tween-age girl's point of view.
The rules are simple:
- If LOLI wins--It means the object of entertainment was crappy, thus not worth her time.
- If the opponent wins--It means that the object of entertainment is worth pursuing, even if you're a tween with limited money.
Ryuu Sasakura is a bartender, and a hell of one at that; in fact, his cocktails are the best that anyone has ever tasted. Anyone. After bartending in Europe, he's back in Japan working in a small bar located in Ginza. The story is simple. In each chapter he solves the problems of his customer by serving them a beautifully crafted drinks (I know, right?) The idea is that the drink inspires the customer to quit being so damn sad, and this is done in a pretty episodic fashion, so you can start most anywhere without getting too lost. In a way, Ryuu is like your standard shonen fighter prodigy; except instead of kicking peoples asses, he gets them totally wasted. [click to continue…]

I DID NOT write this, though I wish I could say that I had. This was found by one of our writers, NoBadsign, and I couldn't resist the urge to share it with the rest of the world. I'm not sure who the author is, but let me know if you do so I can give them the credit they deserve. I'm posting this as is, so any errors in grammar or spelling aren't my fault. So without further adieu, I present to you The End of Time.
Anne sighed as she sat in her room, staring at her wall. She just finished writing in her diary, and had nothing to do. Life was boring in the Secret Annex, but it was better than the alternative. It was alright talking to Peter and Margot, but they were both such quiet people, unlike the always active Anne. All of a sudden, a flash of light appeared in the room! Anne jumped back, stifling a scream. Before she could run out the closed door she noticed that the person who appeared in the flash was not a Nazi officer, but someone who she had never seen before! His clothes were very strange, and his hair was in a spiky style that was totally new to her. She stood against the wall, wary of the stranger, but he walked towards her and smiled, extending a hand. "My name is Goku." The mysterious stranger said. Anne nervously put her hand in his. He bent down and kissed it softly, then let go.
