Although the exact date has not been decided on, this site is going to undergo some changes. I want to make this an anime/manga/game review site. I'm going to keep the podcast, of course, but I want to offer more content and give people a reason to actually visit the website. The site itself is still in the early planning stages. I'm working with a few people to come up with a simple, but stylish design. That's a lot harder than I thought.
In the mean time, I'm going to start accepting applications for writers. No experience is needed. All you need to do is impress me. Please send writing samples, a bit about your history as an anime/manga/game fan, and why you think I should hire you to fightbait@gmail.com. This is a nonpaying job. I don't make money doing the podcast. Since I'm not getting paid, I can't afford to pay you. If this changes in the future, then we start negotiations.
If you are hired, we start work immediately. Just because the site isn't up yet, doesn't mean that you can't write for it. With little exception, reviews are timeless. It's not going to matter if I write a review on New Getter Robo today or three months from now. I want to create a backlog of writing before we go live to ease the pressure later on.
I'm pretty laid back on the podcast, but when we're doing business I can promise you that I'll be 100% professional. I expect the same from you. That's really all I've got for now. I'll keep you updated as the project moves along.
