It's the Used Anime Store Pick of the Week!
Devil Lady, Vol. 4! To be fair, the only reason I picked this is because it's $2.95 and created by Go Nagai. I've only read some of the manga, but if the anime is like anything else Go Nagai has made, then it's totally crazy and incomprehensible. Thus, watching it chronologically won't make a difference. It also helps that it's from the mastermind that directed Apocalypse Zero, Toshiki Hirano.
