It's in the Wikipedia Article. Show a panel of when Greed gets caught. In Japan, they had him stuck to a concrete cross (They love that Christian Imagery). The American release of the manga had the panel redrawn to have him strapped to a large chunk of concrete. I've heard of this practice for anime where they didn't feel they had enough time to finish scenes as well as they wanted, or in some instances, to add pornage/more gratifying fanservice, but I guess they could go the other way. I like hidamari sketch (yes, wife chan desu desu), and the DVD version is utterly different from the original tv fansub version.
